#Implementation checklist
Does it support SSO/SAML? — Not today. Sign-in is email and password with per-user two-factor authentication; access is protected by per-organization row-level isolation.
Is there a multi-org enterprise console? — Each customer is a single organization with its own isolated data; there is no customer-facing multi-organization admin console.
Can we bulk-import everything? — Only leads can be imported (CSV, or Apollo where used). Clients, projects, and files are created or uploaded manually.
Can we create custom roles? — No. Roles are a fixed set; assign the closest-fitting role.
Does AI act on its own? — No. AI drafts and recommends; a person approves before anything happens, and AI never self-approves.
Can we export our data? — Yes, an organization data export is available; database backups are managed by the platform.
Which integrations are available? — WordPress, Stripe (one-time licensing), and email via Resend today; analytics/search-console and others are Planned or Coming Soon.
