How to remove a user

When someone leaves, you can remove or deactivate their access so they can no longer sign in to your workspace.

Use this when an employee or collaborator leaves, or when you need to revoke someone's access.

#Step by step

Open the users area

Go to team or user management.

Select the person

Find the user you want to remove.

Remove or deactivate access

Apply the action that ends their access, following any confirmation.

What you should see

The person can no longer sign in, and their access to your workspace is revoked.

#Common mistakes

  • Removing the wrong user with a similar name.
  • Removing a user who still owns records without reassigning them first.
