#How to do it
1
How long does setup take?
A focused first week gets you live: security and team first, then tools, then AI, then your operating rhythm.
2
Do we have to use AI?
No. AI is optional and only available for some departments. Where it exists, it drafts and recommends — people always approve.
3
Which departments have AI?
Sales, SEO (Beta), Support, Operations, and CEO. Finance and HR have no AI agent (HR's is Coming Soon).
4
Does a won deal create a project automatically?
No. Winning a deal notifies Operations and activates the client; creating the project is a separate, deliberate step.
5
Can we manage a blog in the CMS?
Not yet — the CMS manages configured sections and media; blog and navigation are Coming Soon.
6
Will emails just work?
Only after you configure an email provider (Resend). The default sends nothing, and the SMTP option is a stub in this build.
7
How do we keep AI safe?
Keep human approval on, review AI output before it ships, and use the publish-live gate for anything going public.
