Account Activation

Activation confirms that you own the email address on the account and lets you set your password and enter your workspace for the first time.

#What activation means

Activation is the one-time step that turns your purchased or invited account into a usable login. It verifies your email and lets you set credentials before you access the workspace.

  • The link is unique to your account and is sent to your email.
  • It is time-limited and intended to be used once.
  • Following it opens account setup, where you set your password.

Keep your activation link private

Treat the activation link like a password. Do not share it publicly or forward it — anyone with the link could use it to access the account before you do.

Request a new activation email from the sign-in screen, or contact support to have a fresh link sent.

If activation was already completed, use the normal login instead. If you did not activate it yourself, contact support right away so we can secure the account.

  • Do not reuse passwords from other services.
  • Only activate from a device and network you trust.
