First Login
After activating your account, you sign in from the sign-in page with your email and password.
#Signing in
- Open the sign-in page and enter the email address on your account.
- Enter the password you set during activation.
- You arrive in your workspace, ready to continue setup.
#Password reset
If you forget your password, use the reset option on the sign-in screen. You will receive an email with a link to set a new one. If the email does not arrive, check spam and confirm your address.
#If login fails
- Double-check the email address and password.
- Make sure your account has been activated first.
- Try a password reset if you are unsure of your credentials.
- If you are locked out, contact support.
#Browser and device recommendations
Use a current version of a mainstream browser on a device you trust. Keeping your browser updated avoids most sign-in and rendering issues.
Admin vs team users
Admins and team members sign in the same way. What differs is access: admins can configure the workspace, while team members see the departments and actions their role and permissions allow.

- Use a strong, unique password.
- Sign out on shared devices.
- Report anything suspicious to support.
