How to create a lead
A lead is a potential customer. You can add one manually so your team can qualify and follow up on it.

Use this when a new prospect comes in by phone, referral, or any source outside an automatic capture.

Open the Leads area
Go to Leads in the app.

Add a new lead
Create a lead and enter the contact and company details you have.

Assign an owner
Set who is responsible for following up.

Save
The lead now appears in your list for qualification.

The new lead appears in your Leads list with an owner, ready to qualify and progress.
#Common mistakes
- Leaving the lead without an owner, so nobody follows up.
- Entering incomplete details that make qualification harder.
